Below is a list of vessels and other constructions LandskronaVarvet has constructed since 1982.
Fishing vessels
Since the beginning, LandskronaVarvet has built dozens of fishing vessel hulls for different yards around Scandinavia, including: Kleven Mek Verksted A/S in Ulsteinvik, Örskov Staalskibsvaerft in Fredrikshamn, FEAB in Uddevalla to mention a few. The size of the hulls ranged from 14 to 75 metres in length.
Ro-pax-vessels
Ro-pax hulls are one of our specialities and thus far we have built ten with lengths ranging from 117 to 204 metres, with steel weights up to 8,000 tonnes. Amongst those were five hulls for two Greek Owners (Minoan Lines and Anek Lines) each approximately 204 metres long and 25.8 metres in beam.
Cruiseships
LandskronaVarvet has built three cruise ship hulls, the largest to date being The World, our largest hull yet. The hull was 196.4 metres by 29.8 with a steel weight of 9,019 tonnes. In addition to The World, we have also built two hurtigrute ships, Trollfjord and Midnatsol, each with a steel weight of about 4,000 tonnes.
Offshore vessels
Our first hull for an offshore vessel was delivered 1982 to the Falkenberg Shipyard. The offshore supply vessel of the type UT704 and was named Marine Supporter and was delivered to Labrador A/S in Ålesund, Norway.
During 2007 and 2008 we built three 107-metre offshore vessel hulls for Fosen Yards in Norway: Bibby Topaz a Diving Support Vessel, CTC Volantis a Multipurpose ROV/Trencher, and Geowave Atlantic a Seismic Research Vessel. The steel weight for each was approximately 3,000 tonnes.
Barges
Besides these hulls, LandskronaVarvet built two complete accommodation barges for use in Kazakhstan. They were ordered by Emtunga, for outfitting and subsequent delivery to Agip KCO, and delivered in 2002. The barges held accommodation modules, complete with power supply, water treatment, incinerator, tank heating and have complete air conditioning. The modules are built to function in very severe climates, with temperatures ranging from -36°C to +40°C (-32,80°F to +104,00°F).
Hull sections
LandskronaVarvet has delivered hull sections to many shipyards. In addition to ordinary hull sections, we have delivered deck houses, foreships, and parallel midbody sections for ship lengthening; partially and completely outfitted, as well as a large number of pontoons for semisubmersible offshore platforms. Our customers to date include: Falkensbergs varv, Harland & Wolff, Götaverken Arendal (GVA), Odense Staalskibsvaerft (OSS), Kockums, and Öresundsvarvet.
Steel construction
Ramps
Throughout the years, LandskronaVarvet has delivered numerous ramps and other equipment to MacGregor/Navire, including quarter ramps, aft ramps, hoistable ramps, hatches and lifting towers.
Bridges
LandskronaVarvet has delivered many bridges for the Swedish Road Administration and the Swedish Rail Administration. One of the more notable railroad bridges was a 71.64 metre long bridge weighing about 380 tonnes. It was delivered and installed in Trollhättan, Sweden, by LandskronaVarvet in 1988. Most notable amongst the many road bridges we have delivered was half the bridge connecting the island Tjörn to the mainland.
Vehicles
LandskronaVarvet has also manufactured base frames for airport trucks with the largest having a steel weight of 46 tonnes.
We have also delivered many arms, grabs, frames, etc. for Åkermans excavators.
Miscellaneous
In 1987 we delivered a fish farming facility that for a Russian owner. The structure consisted of a large center pontoon and eight peripheral pontoons all connected by arms.
In 1988, we built and fitted a 56 metre long cable reel for Cityvarvet Öresund.
We fabricated an accumulator tank in Helsingborg harbour that is used for long-distance heating, which at 62.4 metres high stands as a landmark built by LandskronaVarvet. With a diameter of 28 metres it has a volume of 37,000 m3 and a steel weight of about 1,000 tonnes.
