The main objective of Bergen Group Fosen is to establish and maintain a working environment that corresponds with the rules and regulations within the area of Health, Security and Environment.

1. We aim to prevent accidents and health hazards, and aspire to achieve job satisfaction, in a way that no short- or long-term injuries occurs on any personnel as a consequence of the activities of Fosen Yards.
2. We will aim to obtain the best protection possible for all tangible assets.
3. We aim to prevent external environmental influence consequential to our operations, and that no long-term environmental damages may be attributed Fosen Yards’ production.
4. We will make sure that we are protected against intruders accessing our premises and obtaining access to conditions significant for our competitive powers, including our computer systems.
5. All our products must be safe for those who buy them.
6. We want to secure that our goals are achieved through planning and prioritizing Health, Environment and Security to the same extent as production, economy and service in our company, and by monitoring, mapping out and registering all circumstances concerning Health, Environment and Security.
